Overview
A leading financial services organization is looking for an experienced Corporate Cards Sales Manager to drive growth across its corporate payments portfolio.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in corporate banking, payments, fintech, or business credit card sales who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- :
- Drive acquisition of new corporate credit card clients through proactive business development.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to activation and portfolio growth.
- Promote tailored payment solutions aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed growth KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including credit, risk, operations, and onboarding teams.
- Support portfolio expansion through spend growth and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in corporate banking, payments, fintech, or cards sales.
- Proven success selling corporate/business credit card solutions.
- Strong understanding of cashflow management, working capital, and card-based solutions.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Arabic & English fluency required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Preferred Background
- Experience within banking, card issuing/acquiring, or payments organizations.
- Knowledge of corporate onboarding, KYC, underwriting, and lending concepts.
