Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Design experiences for Listint web, mobile, dashboards, and products across real estate, services, travel, products, careers, auctions, exhibitions, and other areas.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Design and improve CRM, client portal, admin dashboard, marketing tools, and AI-powered experiences.
• Maintain the design system, including components, typography, colors, spacing, tokens, and design patterns.
• Ensure consistency across desktop, mobile, responsive web, and product experiences.
• Design workflows involving datasets, forms, tables, filters, search, maps, analytics, and management tools.
• Support English and Arabic/RTL interfaces where required.
• Coordinate with developers on implementation, review features with QA, and help resolve UI/UX issues.
• Participate in product discussions, translate business requirements into design solutions, and explore useful AI-assisted experiences.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional UI/UX experience; the summary separately says 3+ years.
• Strong web and mobile portfolio and UI/UX or product design experience.
• Advanced Figma knowledge, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile UX, accessibility, and usability.
• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or other complex digital products.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements; strong analytical, creative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; collaborative, detail-oriented, and attentive to visual quality and implementation.

Preferred and additional skills

• Real estate industry experience is an added advantage; property websites, listing platforms, portals, and applications are relevant.
• Dashboard and data-driven interface design experience; familiarity with HTML, CSS, UX research, and usability testing.
• Agile/Scrum experience, SEO knowledge, and bilingual or RTL interface experience are additional or preferred.

Portfolio submission

• Candidates must submit a portfolio with their application showing relevant UI/UX work.
• The portfolio should demonstrate web and mobile UI design, UX processes, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity designs.
