About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium shisha/hookah to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure every shisha is prepared consistently according to TIMELESS standards.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of shisha tobacco, flavours, heat management, charcoal, and equipment.
• Recommend shisha flavours and combinations based on guests' preferences.
• Create premium and personalised shisha experiences for guests.
• Maintain proper heat management throughout the guest experience.
• Monitor shisha quality and replace charcoal or refresh the bowl when required.
• Keep all shisha equipment, tools, and service areas clean, sanitised, and well maintained.
• Follow all UAE health, safety, hygiene, and venue procedures.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and discreet service to VIP and luxury clientele.
• Work closely with the lounge and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the TIMELESS brand to a high standard.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Shisha Master / Hookah Specialist.
• Proven experience preparing and serving premium shisha.
• Strong knowledge of shisha flavours, tobacco, charcoal, and heat management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on presentation and consistency.
• Professional, well-groomed, and guest-oriented personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Relevant Background (A Plus, Not Required)

• Experience in 5-star hotels is considered an advantage.
• Experience in luxury lounges and bars is considered an advantage.
• Experience in beach clubs is considered an advantage.
• Experience in premium restaurants is considered an advantage.
• Experience in high-end nightlife and hospitality venues or similar luxury venues is considered an advantage.

Pay

• Pay: AED 3,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month.

Work Location

• Work Location: In person.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi is preferred.
