Attraction performance and capacity
- Analyze attraction revenue, throughput, utilization, and ride performance; assess pricing against demand and recommend adjustments or promotions.
- Monitor queues and wait times, identify bottlenecks, and work with operations teams to improve guest flow and capacity utilization.
- Support queue management strategies such as fast track.
Revenue, pricing, and partners
- Assess pay-per-ride pricing, conduct elasticity analysis, identify per-capita spend opportunities, and support dynamic pricing or bundling where applicable.
- Analyze partner kiosks and outlets using revenue per location, conversion rates, and average transaction value; recommend pricing and placement strategies.
Business planning
- Support ORB’s business plan strategy in line with the shareholder mandate and operational arms; consolidate and prepare the business plan presentation.
- Review operational and commercial sustainability of business plan assumptions and financial parameters, challenge reports, and deliver financial planning and analysis outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant managerial experience in business analysis and planning with a large organization.
- MBA preferred.
- Media and/or leisure and entertainment experience preferred.
