Program Overview
The Emirati Graduate Talent Program is designed to provide recent UAE national graduates with hands-on experience across different business functions.
This program offers structured learning, on-the-job training, and exposure to a fast-paced international work environment.
Successful candidates will gain valuable experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within iMile’s expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across assigned departments (HR, Operations, Admin, Customer Service, or Finance)
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks within the team
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities (if assigned to HR)
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and business support
- Participate in training sessions and development programs
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
