Job Summary
We are looking for motivated UAE Nationals to join our National Trainee Program across multiple departments, including Administration, Customer Service, Legal, Procurement, and Logistics Operations.
The program is designed to provide hands-on experience, structured training, and professional development to prepare trainees for future full-time roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training rotations across assigned departments
- Support day-to-day operations within the assigned function
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required
- Learn company systems, processes, and policies
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business activities
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Follow company compliance, confidentiality, and professional standards

• UAE National (Emirati)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or fresh graduate)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
