Role Description
Seeking an experienced Tyres Purchaser / Procurement Executive with UAE tyre-market, supplier-network, pricing, and inventory knowledge.
The role involves purchasing PCR, TBR, LTR, and OTR tyres from local and international suppliers.
Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing of passenger car, truck, bus, and commercial vehicle tyres; source from local and international suppliers at competitive prices.
- Build relationships with tyre manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers; negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and purchase agreements.
- Monitor prices, supplier offers, and availability; coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast purchasing needs, and identify fast- and slow-moving brands and sizes.
- Prepare purchase orders, supplier comparisons, and procurement reports; ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Manage procurement budgets and support cost-saving initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of purchasing experience in the UAE tyre industry.
- Strong knowledge of PCR, TBR, LTR, and OTR tyres and an established UAE supplier and distributor network.
- Experience purchasing major international and Chinese tyre brands.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills; knowledge of tyre specifications, sizes, pricing, and market demand.
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and MS Excel.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Pay
- The description states pay of AED 1,000–4,600 per month.
- The structured salary field states AED 1,000 per month.
