Experienced Field Collections Officer for the Building Materials Division.
The role independently handles customer payment collections across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.
This is a 100% field-based, in-person position, not an office-based role.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah to collect outstanding payments.
- Conduct daily visits to contractors, building materials traders and corporate customers.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and secure payment commitments.
- Collect cheques and payments directly from customers; negotiate settlements and resolve collection issues.
- Plan daily customer visits and routes independently.
- Maintain customer relationships, achieve monthly collection targets, and report collection activity and payment status.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of UAE field collections experience.
- Building materials or construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah markets, and proven independent payment recovery ability.
- Strong negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable working independently and travelling extensively across the UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,300–7,500 per month.
Workplace
- 100% field-based and in person; customer visits are conducted across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.
