Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across restaurant dining areas, kitchens, washrooms, and other facilities.
Cleaning duties
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, floors, and restaurant furniture.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and designated cleaning areas; regularly clean and disinfect washrooms.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors; clean windows, glass doors, countertops, and other surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and food waste according to waste-management procedures.
- Refill washroom supplies, including tissue paper, soap, and sanitizers.
- Support restaurant staff in maintaining cleanliness during busy operating hours.
- Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and materials.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures, including applicable Abu Dhabi regulations.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning activities.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeping attendant; restaurant, hotel, or food-and-beverage experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene procedures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment; physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team; immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,100–AED 1,200 per month.

- Work location is in person.
