The restaurant is opening another Turkish restaurant branch in Marina, Dubai.
The role specializes in Turkish grills, kebabs, cold mezze, appetizers, and traditional Turkish cuisine.
Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Turkish grilled dishes, including kebabs, chicken tawook, and other grilled meats.
- Prepare cold mezze, appetizers, salads, and traditional Turkish dishes.
- Handle marinades, sauces, and food preparation for daily operations.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage food stock and minimize food waste.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Turkish Chef or Grill Chef is required.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish kebabs, grills, and chicken tawook.
- Experience preparing cold mezze, appetizers, and traditional Turkish dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–6,000 per month.
