Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
  • Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
  • Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
  • Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 6 months)
  • Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance to include Drill press, swage, hand-bending jigs, tubing benders, tube cutter, T-drill, and CMM.
  • Demonstrate ability to make proper adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with assistance.
  • Demonstrate ability to produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rate.
  • Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced with assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department.
  • Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs).
  • Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
