What you will do:

  • Engage directly with customers, offering accurate estimates, service details, and expert advice
  • Assist in managing and overseeing the service workflow, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor, or similar customer service experience
  • Proven technological proficiency to support efficient workflow and customer service
  • Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and committed to a drama-free, collaborative work environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
  • $36,300.00 - $66,465.00
