Experience
- Multi-year hands-on experience in oil and gas wellsite operations or tubular running services.
- The posting gives experience guidance of 5–8 years and also 6–8+ years of active field experience on onshore or offshore drilling rigs.
Technical skills and equipment
- Deep proficiency in running casing and tubing strings and operating hydraulic power tongs and CRTi tools.
- Perform rig-up and rig-down operations, monitor torque-turn data, and maintain and troubleshoot field equipment.
- Required tools and systems include hydraulic power tongs, computerized torque-turn monitoring, and casing drive systems.
Leadership and operations
- Lead teams and serve as the primary interface with the client (Company Man).
- Oversee high-risk, high-cost casing and tubing operations on the rig floor.
