Lead design, implementation, automation, and operational management of secure, scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Drive DevSecOps practices, improve platform reliability, implement automation, and support secure container orchestration in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, deployment, configuration, and management of Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot clusters, workloads, networking, storage, and resource utilization; perform root-cause analysis and resolve incidents.
- Manage Rancher cluster provisioning, registration, access control, monitoring, and lifecycle operations.
- Implement, configure, and maintain secure, production-grade RKE2 clusters.
Required technical skills
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes administration, architecture, troubleshooting, and production operations experience.
- Practical experience setting up and managing Rancher and its cluster lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of RKE2 installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Experience deploying and managing NVIDIA GPU Operator on Kubernetes, preferably on RKE2.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of GitOps principles and tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Kubernetes engineering, or platform engineering.
- CKA, CKS, or CKAD certifications are an advantage.
Shortlisting criteria
Strong experience resolving complex Kubernetes cluster, pod, networking, storage, and workload issues.
Practical experience setting up and managing Rancher and operating RKE2 clusters.
Demonstrated experience deploying and troubleshooting NVIDIA GPU Operator on RKE2 or comparable Kubernetes environments.
Experience implementing automated deployment pipelines and GitOps.
Contract duration
- Contract duration is 12+ months.
