Treasury Operations Analyst

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile investment transactions in line with treasury policies and procedures.
• Support cash forecasting activities, including monitoring liquidity positions and funding requirements.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports and dashboards for management review.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to treasury operations.
• Assist in system enhancements and process improvements within the treasury function.
• Coordinate with front-office, accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth treasury operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/ACCA/ Any professional qualification is an advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in treasury back-office or operations role.
• Experience in recording and managing investment transactions and cash positions.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems; experience with eFront is preferred.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
