Key Responsibilities
- :
- Deliver high-quality VAT advisory services to clients from diverse sectors
- Review and prepare VAT returns, voluntary disclosures, and reconsideration requests
- Conduct VAT impact assessments and compliance health checks
- Assist clients in VAT registration, de-registration, and amendments with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Analyze VAT legislation, executive regulations, and FTA public clarifications to provide informed guidance
- Support the development and implementation of indirect tax strategies and risk management frameworks
- Prepare technical VAT memoranda, client-facing reports, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with internal teams across Tax, Legal, and Advisory functions to provide VAT input on transactions and business processes
- Liaise with the FTA on client matters, including audits, clarifications, and submissions
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing
