Finance Associate (MS Dynamics Implementation)

About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and stabilization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure accurate mapping of financial processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timelines and accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant / equivalent finance qualification.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Prior experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in grant accounting or fund management will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
