ZAS Management Facilities is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Assistant to support daily treasury operations, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The role requires accurate and compliant processing of treasury activities and professional handling of confidential information.
Treasury Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities.
- Review and process OPEX and CAPEX payment requests for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
- Verify and process payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile inflows and outflows across company bank accounts.
Banking and Reporting
- Assist with bank facility renewals, including documentation and monitoring utilization of overdrafts, loans, Murabaha, and letters of credit.
- Maintain accurate records and system entries in ERP or accounting systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and customer refund issues.
- Support month-end and year-end treasury reporting activities.
- Ensure documentation meets banking and internal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Treasury or Finance experience is advantageous, with 1–2 years specified as an added advantage.
- Part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA is advantageous.
- Good understanding of treasury operations and banking processes.
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Experience and Language
- Treasury management, cash flow analysis, or letter of credit and bank facilities management experience is preferred at one year.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
Pay
- The stated pay range is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
