The employer is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant to maintain financial records, process accounting transactions, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of VAT and tax compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 400.00–AED 5,000.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
