Role overview

The Treasury Accountant supports treasury activities covering cash and liquidity, banking, payments, risk and compliance, and financial reporting.

Cash and liquidity management

Monitor daily cash balances and ensure optimal liquidity.
Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and financial reports.
Support management of bank accounts and banking relationships.

Banking and payments

Process and reconcile bank transactions, including payments and collections.
Assist in executing foreign exchange transactions and ensure accurate currency exchanges.
Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and other financial obligations.

Risk, compliance, and reporting

Ensure compliance with treasury policies and financial regulations, and support treasury-related internal and external audits.
Identify potential financial risks and escalate concerns to senior management.
Prepare treasury reports on cash position and funding needs; analyze bank charges, interest rates, and investment returns.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to treasury functions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Work arrangement

Full-time, permanent role with work location in person.
