Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 4-6 years' experience in beauty, fashion, retail, FMCG or luxury marketing; GCC/UAE retail experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with brand marketing budgets, co-funded campaigns, events, influencer marketing and retail activations.
- Strong knowledge and genuine passion for K-beauty, with good understanding of Japanese and wider Asian beauty brands, trends, ingredients and consumer behaviour.
- Strong PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel skills; excellent written and verbal English.
