Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented **Travel Coordinator** with a strong background in handling **Luxury VIP clients (B2C segment)**.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in global reservation systems like **Amadeus, Sabre, and other GDS platforms**, along with in-depth knowledge of **IATA regulations and BSP processes**.
This role requires exceptional service standards, discretion, and the ability to curate seamless, high-end travel experiences for elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **end-to-end travel arrangements** for high-net-worth and VIP clients (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, experiences).
- Handle **complex international itineraries** with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide personalized travel solutions aligned with luxury preferences and expectations.
- Operate and manage bookings through **Amadeus, Sabre, and GDS systems** efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with **IATA standards and BSP ticketing procedures**.
- Issue, reissue, and refund tickets while maintaining accuracy in fare rules and documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to secure best options and VIP privileges.
- Handle urgent requests, last-minute changes, and crisis situations with professionalism.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, DMCs, and global partners.
- Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction, confidentiality, and service excellence**.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working with **Luxury / VIP clientele (B2C travel segment)**.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- **Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo (GDS systems)**
- **IATA regulations & BSP processes**
- Expertise in international ticketing, fare calculations, and routing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-value clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours based on client requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- IATA certification or relevant travel/tourism qualification.
- Experience in **luxury travel agencies, concierge firms, or private client services**.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
