Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll activities using HRIS (Adrenalin System)
- Review attendance, shift changes, overtime, deductions, and salary adjustments
- Update employee bank details, visa/WPS changes, and payroll records
- Generate payroll reports, salary registers, reconciliation reports, and SIF files
- Coordinate final settlement and payroll-related transactions
- Support employees with payroll and attendance queries
- Maintain payroll documentation and records
- Arrange flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel requirements for employees
- Process business trip approvals, per diem allowances, and related documentation
- Coordinate payment sheets for travel, hotel, and visa expenses with Finance and Procurement
