Job Overview
GV Travel & Tourism is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements while delivering exceptional service and personalized travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, and tours
- Provide expert travel advice based on customer needs and budgets
- Create customized travel itineraries
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destinations
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English (Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is a plus)
- Sales-driven with good negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the UAE travel industry
- Knowledge of visa processing and documentation
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
