Job Title: Luxury Holiday / Travel Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and design customized international holiday itineraries
- Design and deliver bespoke, high-end international holiday experiences tailored to individual client preferences
- Demonstrate extensive destination expertise across Europe, Asia, India, Africa, and other global regions
- Handle end-to-end holiday planning including flights, hotels, experiences, visas, and ground arrangements
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective consultative sales techniques while maintaining brand-aligned service standards
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to ensure seamless, flawless travel execution
- Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Holiday/Travel Consultant or in a similar role
- Mandatory experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably within luxury travel or luxury service industries
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored travel solutions
- Prior experience handling high-end, premium, or HNI clientele is essential
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience within the Dubai market is strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong destination knowledge across global leisure travel markets
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and service orientation
- Proficiency with travel booking systems, CRM platforms, and supplier negotiations
