Job description
We are looking for a Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in IATA BSP ticketing to join our organization who’s well versed in using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) with advance level experience and should be able to void, re-issue, tax calculation, re-validation, partial re-issue, cancel, applying for refund. etc.…In this role your core responsibilities include creating reservations, quoting fares, and issuing of tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings using BSP systems
- Issue, reissue, and refund tickets in compliance with IATA regulations
- Provide expert travel advice and itinerary planning for clients
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and travel changes efficiently
- Ensure accurate fare calculations and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
Qualifications:
- Currently based in the UAE
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing Agent
- Strong knowledge of IATA BSP
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Relevant certification in travel/tourism is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000
- Medical insurance provided
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
