Transport Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of company transportation services.
• Manage and monitor a fleet of 50+ vehicles, including pickup trucks, light vehicles, and company cars.
• Schedule and supervise drivers to ensure efficient transportation services.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC transport requirements and UAE traffic and HSE regulations.
• Monitor vehicle movement through the IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) and prepare utilization and compliance reports.
• Conduct Defensive Driving assessments and competency tests for all drivers.
• Maintain transportation records, driver documentation, and fleet reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet transportation requirements efficiently.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports using MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with company HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum **5 years of UAE experience**, preferably with **ADNOC projects/sites**.
• Proven experience managing a fleet of **50+ vehicles,** **Timesheet** and supervising drivers.
• Strong knowledge of **IVMS Tracker** and fleet monitoring systems.
• Good understanding of **UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving standards**.
• Experience conducting **Defensive Driving Tests** for drivers.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)** and **ERP systems**.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
