Two professional multilingual translators are sought for a high-end luxury brand event at Dubai Mall.
This is a professional translator and multilingual guest relations role, not a hostess position.
The event runs for six days, 16–21 November 2026, with 12-hour working days.
Key responsibilities
- Provide live, in-person translation between English, French, and Arabic for guests, the client team, and event staff.
- Support VIP guests and clients with a polished and welcoming experience.
- Assist with guest briefings, product explanations, and enquiries, conveying information accurately.
- Relay information between on-site teams to keep the event running smoothly.
- Represent the brand to a high standard in a luxury retail setting throughout each shift.
- Promptly flag guest needs or issues to the event lead.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English, French, and Arabic; written proficiency is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or multilingual guest relations professional.
- Experience with luxury brands, high-end retail, hospitality, or premium events is preferred.
- Confident and discreet with VIP and high-net-worth guests; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished, professional presentation suited to a luxury retail environment.
- Based in the UAE and available for all six event days, 16–21 November 2026.
