Role Description
The Transition & Interface Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transition processes between various operational phases and ensuring seamless integration across teams and systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing implementation strategies, monitoring project timelines, and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout all transition phases.
The Transition & Interface Management Lead will coordinate mobilization activities, stakeholder interfaces, readiness gates, and dependency management to ensure a smooth transition into operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage transition plans and readiness frameworks.
- Maintain interface matrices, dependency registers, and mobilization trackers.
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops and decision-making forums.
- Track operational, access, security, data, and provider readiness requirements.
- Support governance reporting and transition closeout activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Experience managing operational transitions, mobilizations, or complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong planning, coordination, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
