Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site FMMA (Facilities Management & Maintenance Administration) Project Director to be based in Riyadh.
The Project Director will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful completion of facilities management and maintenance projects.
This includes managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and implementing best practices.
The role requires leadership in resource allocation, performance monitoring, and delivering quality services that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of Facilities Management leadership experience (candidates with 5+ years of highly relevant experience will also be considered)
- Strong background in FM mobilization, governance, and operational readiness
- Experience in client-side, managing agent, or consultancy environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, service providers, and operational interfaces
- Experience within large-scale developments, logistics, industrial, infrastructure, aviation, or similarly complex projects
- Strong reporting, governance, risk management, and service assurance capabilities
- Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
