Role Description
As the Hard Services Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing technical facility operations, ensuring optimal performance of building systems, and managing maintenance activities to meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
You will collaborate closely with teams to address technical challenges, develop operational strategies, and uphold exceptional service delivery for our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review hard-services mobilization plans and maintenance readiness.
- Validate provider evidence relating to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, BMS, and utilities.
- Monitor technical risks, defects, critical equipment status, and compliance requirements.
- Support PTW, isolation procedures, and HSSE-related controls.
- Deliver technical reporting and recommendations to project leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering discipline.
- Significant experience managing hard FM services in large-scale facilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of critical building systems and maintenance operations.
- Experience within aviation, logistics, industrial, or infrastructure environments preferred.
