Job Objective
Plan, coordinate, and deliver management and soft-skills training programs supporting employee professional development.
Main Duties
- Manage and enhance organization-wide training initiatives.
- Conduct skill-gap assessments and plan training activities.
- Develop customized training programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track program effectiveness and analyze training metrics.
- Oversee the Learning Management System and manage training projects.
- Propose innovative learning methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- A postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Administration is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in learning and development is stated in the qualifications.
- Arabic and English bilingual capability is preferred in the qualifications section.

Pay
