Job Objective
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent-management programs.
Support talent reviews, future-leader planning, employee development, and Qatarization-related projects.
Main Duties
- Assess leadership training needs and develop tailored training plans.
- Maintain talent databases and identify high-potential staff.
- Support leadership and employee development initiatives.
- Support new department heads and organize engagement activities.
- Collaborate with department leaders on talent programs.
- Analyze program outcomes, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and certification standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- More than six years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role.
- Postgraduate Business Administration or HR qualification is preferred.
- Arabic and English bilingual capability is preferred.
