Job Objective
Provide professional career guidance and employee-development support.
Help employees explore career paths, identify development needs, and achieve professional goals within KAHRAMAA.
Main Duties
- Design and enhance career frameworks and programs.
- Offer personalized career counseling.
- Organize onboarding and training sessions.
- Conduct assessments and lead workshops.
- Support Qatari staff development.
- Monitor performance.
- Evaluate educational requests and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- A postgraduate Business Administration or HR qualification is preferred.
- More than six years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role.
- Arabic and English bilingual capability is preferred.
Location and Work Setting
- Doha is listed as the preferred location.
- The role is performed in person.
