Position Details

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of formal education and a University Degree or equivalent.
• Bureau Veritas Sales Training and Technical training to be provided on joining.
• Detailed knowledge of CQI-IRCA or other accreditation body requirements related to the function.
• Sales/Marketing training.
• Awareness of the training product range offered by the offices of the respective countries.
• Understanding of the generic sales process for training products in BMS.
• Awareness of BVC structure and key personnel to liaise with specific certification schemes.
• Ability to identify significant aspects of a client's processes and organization to develop a quote.
• Ability in cold-calling and telesales.
• Understanding of the process of lead conversion to sales.
• Competency in working on computers and database applications.

Experience

• Proven work experience as Sales Executive for Training or similar role.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
• Proven ability to complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
• MS Office proficiency.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills.

Primary Functions

• Manages the promotion, marketing and sales of in-house and open-house training courses.
• Responsible for registration of delegates and collection of fees.
• Ensures compliance to CQI-IRCA requirements with respect to usage of the CQI-IRCA logo and other requirements of CER MS, CQI-IRCA and ITC.
• Manages all communication and marketing material related to training.
• Completes the training sales loop (client visit, proposal preparation and negotiation, follow-up, contract issuing, after-sales feedback).
• Ensures achievement of public and in-house training targets.
• Obtains new key account clients and effectively manages existing ones.
• Proactively promotes e-learning courses.
• Generates self-generated leads, nurtures them to opportunities and builds the data pool with segmentation.
• Performs other admin works.

Business and Self Management

• Uploads commercial information in the Salesforce CRM tool.
• Records sales activities and reports to the Sales Team Leader.
• Participates in organizing sectorial meetings, exhibitions and seminars planned for SCS.
• Conducts relevant and extensive market research to highlight current industry trends.
• Develops and maintains relationships with corporate accounts.
