Training Delivery & Adoption Specialist

About the Role

Learning Design & Development

• Assess learning needs through stakeholder workshops and subject-matter expert discussions.
• Develop training materials using instructional-design principles and participant-centred learning approaches.
• Create presentations, user guides, demonstrations, and digital learning content tailored to different audiences.
• Validate training content with subject-matter experts and maintain materials as solutions evolve.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver training in Arabic and English through virtual, online, and face-to-face sessions.
• Facilitate pilot sessions, incorporate feedback before wider rollout, and lead train-the-trainer sessions.
• Coach and practically support users in applying their learning.

User Adoption & Effectiveness

• Support adoption of new technology and business processes through targeted learning activities.
• Assess training effectiveness, learner readiness, and adoption progress; identify learning gaps and recommend improvements.
• Document and communicate training outcomes and business impact; coordinate with change-management teams to reinforce learning and sustain adoption.

Training Programme Coordination

• Manage medium-to-complex training initiatives, including plans, milestones, resources, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate stakeholders, trainers, and delivery teams to achieve learning objectives.
• Support budget monitoring and resource allocation; maintain training documentation and consistent quality across learning deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in learning and organisational development, including at least 2 years in a similar role coordinating training initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training for technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and participant-centred learning; experience facilitating virtual and face-to-face training for varied audiences.
• Ability to deliver professional training in both Arabic and English.
• Experience conducting learning-needs assessments, working with subject-matter experts, delivering training pilots, and leading train-the-trainer sessions.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital content-authoring tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation, documentation, and multimedia tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, project coordination, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and support sustained user adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in learning and development, instructional design, training delivery, or change management are preferred.
• Experience using Adobe tools and video platforms such as Vimeo is preferred.
• Evidence of measurable improvements in learner performance or technology adoption is preferred.
• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
