Support a Charles River application maintenance project for a large customer in Saudi Arabia.
Provide first-line technical and functional support for the Charles River application and associated technical services.
Support users across front- and back-office functions and contribute to bank change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business support for the Charles River Investment Management System.
- Provide first-line technical support to product lines, technical and field support teams, and customers.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides for technical service staff.
- Analyze product functions and adapt workflows to client needs.
- Assist customer support and development teams with engineering troubleshooting.
- Manage risk, perform controls, meet compliance requirements, and escalate issues or breaches.
- Follow applicable legislation, bank standards, and internal procedures.
Mandatory experience
- At least 7 years of working experience in Charles River Functional Support.
- Experience providing technical and business support for the Charles River Investment Management System.
