The description seeks an experienced Charles River Analyst for a maintenance project supporting a large customer in Saudi Arabia.
The role provides first-line technical and functional support for the Charles River application and related technical services.
The role includes user support across front and back offices and participation in key change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business support for the Charles River Investment Management System and first-line product support.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides for Technical Service staff.
- Analyze, map, and adapt product functions and workflows to client needs.
- Assist customer support and development teams with engineering troubleshooting.
- Manage risk, perform controls, follow policies and procedures, and escalate events, issues, or breaches.
- Follow applicable legislation, bank standards, and internal operating procedures.
Required experience
- At least seven years of working experience in Charles River Functional Support.
- Experience supporting the Charles River Investment Management System.
