Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive

Training Coordinator

to manage training activities, coordinate trainee assessments, and support vocational training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical training programs.
  • Manage trainee registration and assessments.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate vocational training activities.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for trainees throughout their learning journey.

Requirements

  • Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Learning & Development specialization.
  • Marketing qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Role Description

The Training Coordinator – Electrical is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating electrical training programs for employees, ensuring content aligns with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.

The Training Coordinator will schedule sessions, manage training logistics, maintain training records, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Day-to-day tasks include supporting the development of training materials, monitoring attendance and completion rates, and gathering feedback to improve future training initiatives.

The role also involves supporting competency assessments, ensuring employees receive timely refresher training, and contributing to continuous improvement in electrical safety and technical performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Training Coordination and Training & Development.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Training and Employee Training, preferably in electrical or technical fields.
  • Relevant technical qualification or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience coordinating training in high-risk industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Utilities is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards, regulatory requirements, and competency frameworks.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt training approaches to diverse audiences.
