We are seeking an experienced
Trainer
to deliver high-quality technical training programs
(
Electrical )
,
develop future professionals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical technical training.
- Assess, evaluate, and certify trainees.
- Supervise practical exercises and provide coaching.
- Plan training schedules, resources, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain training facilities and equipment.
- Update and improve training content and delivery methods.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and management system requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Train the Trainer (TTT) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience.
- Previous training or learning & development experience is preferred.
- Experience with Medium Voltage (MV) or High Voltage (HV) systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
