Role Description

The Marketing Officer – Training Services (Electrical/Water) is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.

This role is responsible for promoting the company’s electrical and water-related training services, including developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, and coordinating outreach to target clients.

The Marketing Officer will conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and support pricing and positioning strategies.

Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, preparing marketing content, supporting sales presentations, and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and training participants.

The role also involves collaborating with consultants and trainers to understand service offerings, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs in the electrical and water training sectors.
  • Candidates should possess Marketing and Sales skills to plan campaigns, support business development, and convert leads into training program enrollments.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills (written and verbal) to create clear messaging, deliver presentations, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage digital channels, create engaging content, and enhance brand visibility in key markets.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
  • Experience in professional training services, engineering, utilities, or related sectors, particularly in the Middle East, is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment are beneficial.
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent) is desirable.
