Training and Quality Manager (Saudi only)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a training network according to Kempinski standard, including spending time in operations.
• Analyze training needs and training effectiveness.
• Ensure corporately developed Training BITES are implemented and reflect hotel policies.
• Further develop the Training BITE Library by assisting departmental trainers.
• Embed Kempinski training programs and track implementation and attendance.
• Plan, design, and deliver training programmes.
• Devise a training marketing strategy for back of house and campaigns.
• Analyze e-learning platform data to enhance learning performance.
• Coach and train managers and departmental trainers.
• Coordinate learning for EXCOM and HODs per Individual Development Programs.
• Organize and supervise Kempinski DNA and brand immersion activities.
• Analyze operational quality performance using KEA and ReviewPro and provide remedial training.

Additional Duties

• Train and develop training team members.
• Complete Kempinski Experience Assessment checks as specified by hotel management.
• Identify potential training talent and foster Master Trainer candidates.
• Ensure the monthly training report is completed and updated in the Regional Training Consolidation Report.
• Fulfill Training Coordinator responsibilities in their absence.
• Prepare the yearly Business Plan and Budget for the Training Department.
• Complete an objective self audit at least once per year.
• Establish relationships with external suppliers, training providers, and legal and safety entities.
