Job Description
- Conduct Training Need Analysis prior to commencement of SIRA accredited security guard training.
- Train candidates the content of SIRA syllabus to appear in SIRA test including but not limited to Fire Fighting (FF), First Aid (FA), People of Determination (POD) and Physical Fitness or any other new trainings mandated by SIRA.
- Create training plan and schedule, and making it effectively communicated to the relevant trainees.
- Keep training materials in the forms of video clippings, audio clippings, SIRA handbook, and the notes ready to be handed over to the relevant trainees.
- Conduct written test for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to make sure that the relevant trainees are ready to appear in SIRA written test.
- Develop the security and safety skills in trainees, handle the learning function of the relevant contents of SIRA Security Training Handbook, enhance the active participation of the trainees and measuring the SIRA results after result declaration.
- Submit the trainees list to SIRA to get registration number allocated before the SIRA examination
- Organize and facilitate firefighting drills, first aid workshop at staff accommodation or at client premises subject to operational compliances or client’s operational requirement.
- Conduct Training Effectiveness analysis when required for all those candidates who have completed their training classes.
Required Criteria
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- Atleast 3+ years UAE experience
- English Communication Skills (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office
