Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Manager – Production to oversee the planning, coordination, scheduling, and delivery of content production projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The role will serve as the central coordination point between creative, production, editorial, social media, digital, design, video, photography, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

The successful candidate will manage production workflows, resource allocation, project prioritization, approval processes, and operational efficiencies across a fast-paced content and media environment.

Production Planning & Workflow Management

  • Manage end-to-end production workflows across multiple content streams and projects.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate content requests and ensure proper prioritization based on business requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and delivery challenges.
  • Ensure all projects move efficiently through briefing, production, review, approval, and publishing stages.

Resource & Capacity Management

  • Coordinate workload allocation across internal production teams including:
  • Graphic Design
  • Video Production
  • Photography
  • Motion Graphics

• Social Media Content

  • Editorial Teams
  • Monitor team capacity and recommend resource adjustments when necessary.
  • Balance competing priorities and ensure optimal utilization of production resources.
  • Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors when required.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and production teams.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and production briefings.
  • Ensure all project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure feedback cycles are completed within agreed timelines.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Establish and maintain production traffic processes, SOPs, and workflow standards.
  • Implement project tracking methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production workflows through automation and digital tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, brand standards, and content approval procedures.
  • Maintain production documentation, reporting, and audit trails.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Monitor and report on production KPIs including:
  • On-time delivery rate
  • Project turnaround times
  • Resource utilization
  • Production capacity
  • Workflow efficiency
  • Stakeholder satisfaction
  • Develop weekly and monthly production dashboards and status reports.
  • Provide recommendations to improve productivity and delivery performance.

& Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in traffic management, production operations, project coordination, creative operations, or workflow management.
  • Experience within media organizations, government entities, creative agencies, broadcasting, publishing, or large-scale content environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of content production lifecycles and approval workflows.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale production schedules and resource planning.
