Key Responsibiliti

• esCoordinate the execution of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across multiple channel
• s.Support the development and implementation of point-of-sale materials, merchandising assets, and in-store activation plan
• s.Work closely with the sales team to ensure trade activities are delivered on time and in line with business objective
• s.Monitor campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendation
• s.Track trade marketing budgets, purchase orders, and campaign-related expense
• s.Liaise with distributors, retailers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of trade initiative
• s.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activation results, and market trend
• s.Maintain marketing calendars and support the planning of seasonal and customer-specific activitie

Requireme

• ntsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipli
• ne.2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Category Management, or Sales Support within the FMCG indust
• ry.Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple prioriti
• es.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and data analysis tools is advantageo
