This role sits at the intersection of user experience, product strategy, and artificial intelligence, helping translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, trusted, and impactful user experiences.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to design user-centric solutions across conversational AI, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, predictive insights, and data-driven digital products.
This is an opportunity to influence how AI is adopted at scale within a leading organisation while creating experiences that balance usability, transparency, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, tools, and workflows.
- Translate complex product requirements into wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create intuitive experiences for AI features including copilots, agents, recommendations, search, automation, and predictive insights.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery activities to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices are embedded in all solutions.
- Advocate for human-centred AI principles including transparency, explainability, trust, and responsible AI.
- Use data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to align on product vision and user outcomes
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.
- Proven experience designing complex digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and measurable business impact.
- Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of:
- User Research
- Interaction Design
- Design Systems
• Accessibility Standards (WCAG)
- Responsive Design
- Experience working in Agile product environments alongside engineers and product managers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience designing AI-powered, data-rich, or enterprise software products.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Copilots, or Intelligent Automation.
- Understanding of AI user experience principles and responsible AI design.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflows, or AI-assisted product development.
- Experience within fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology organisations.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design-to-development workflows.
