A rapidly growing real estate investment platform is seeking an experienced
Managing Director - Head of Capital Raising
to lead fundraising and investor coverage across the GCC.
This is a senior leadership role focused on building and managing relationships with family offices, UHNWIs, institutional investors, sovereign-backed entities, and strategic capital partners.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the platform's investor base and securing capital for a pipeline of high-quality real estate opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
Working closely with the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the fundraising strategy, originating new investor relationships, managing existing partnerships, and representing the platform within the regional investment community.
Responsibilities
- Lead all capital raising activities across the GCC
- Build and maintain relationships with family offices, private investors, institutions, and sovereign wealth investors
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives
- Source, structure, and close investment commitments
- Manage investor communications and ongoing relationship management
- Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings
- Collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising materials, market positioning, and investor strategy
- Provide market intelligence and feedback from investors to support future growth initiatives
Requirements
- Significant experience in capital raising, investor relations, private equity, real estate investment, or alternative asset management
- Demonstrable track record of raising capital from GCC-based investors
- Established network across family offices, UHNWIs, private banks, and institutional allocators
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies and capital structures
- Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
