Trade Marketing Manager
- para reforçar a equipa.
- Procuramos um(a) profissional estratégico(a), com forte capacidade analítica e experiência em transformar planos de marketing em ações de elevada eficácia no ponto de venda.
- Principais responsabilidades
- Desenvolver e implementar planos de trade marketing alinhados com os objetivos de vendas e a estratégia global da empresa.
- Articular com grupos de farmácias a implementação da estratégia de trade marketing, assegurando a correta execução de iniciativas, campanhas e eventos definidos com cada grupo.
- Identificar oportunidades no ponto de venda para potenciar visibilidade, posicionamento e sell-out das marcas.
- Planear, coordenar e acompanhar eventos e ativações com grupos de farmácias, garantindo alinhamento estratégico e impacto comercial.
- Realizar análises de ROI, tendências de mercado e desempenho de campanhas.
- Produzir materiais de trade (POSM, folhetos, displays, conteúdos formativos) adaptados às necessidades do canal e dos grupos.
- Apoiar a equipa comercial através de ferramentas, formação e alinhamento estratégico, em estreita colaboração com Vendas e Marketing.
- Visitar regularmente os clientes e grupos de farmácias para monitorizar a execução, recolher feedback e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
- Elaborar relatórios de performance, KPIs e evolução do negócio, propondo ações de otimização contínua.
- Perfil pretendido
- Formação académica ao nível do Ensino Superior, nas áreas de Gestão, Marketing, Economia ou similar.
- Experiência sólida em Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, Category Management ou áreas comerciais.
- Experiência prévia no setor farmacêutico, especialmente no canal farmácia;
- Fortes competências analíticas e domínio de Excel, PowerPoint e ferramentas de Microsoft Office.
- Excelente capacidade de colaboração transversal e orientação para resultados.
