About Bella Coffee Gulf

Bella Coffee Gulf is a Dubai-based specialty beverage distributor with over 8 years of operation in the UAE.

We represent and distribute a curated portfolio of international consumer brands — including PerfectTed, Oatly, and Rude Health — across HORECA, retail, and vending channels.

As we accelerate our retail presence in 2026, we are building the commercial team to match that ambition.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager or Trade Marketing Executive to take ownership of our retail channel.

This is a dual-function role — combining key account management with trade marketing execution — suited to someone who is commercially sharp, organised, and experienced in the UAE retail landscape.

Please note: Applications will only be considered from candidates currently based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving licence.

Experience in a field-based FMCG or food & beverage sales role is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts including hypermarkets, supermarkets, specialty retailers, and quick commerce platforms
  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives including in-store activations, promotional campaigns, and visibility drives
  • Ensure strong shelf presence, distribution compliance, and stock availability across accounts
  • Collaborate with brand partners on joint trade plans and co-funded activations
  • Track and report on account performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends

What We'Re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG account management or trade marketing within the UAE
  • Solid understanding of the UAE retail landscape and familiarity with major retail buyers
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with a commercial mindset
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Advantageous: experience with health, wellness, or specialty beverage brands; exposure to quick commerce platforms
