Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive / Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

This role is focused on executing trade marketing and retail marketing activities across stores and distributors, ensuring strong brand visibility and flawless in-store execution.

Trade Marketing & Retail Execution

  • Execute in-store marketing activities including promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure timely rollout of POS materials, displays, signage, and retail branding assets.
  • Work closely with retail store teams to implement marketing campaigns at store level.
  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure alignment on promotions and retail campaigns.
  • Support execution of mall activations, events, and in-store branding.

Campaign Coordination (Atl And Btl Support)

  • Support rollout of ATL campaigns by coordinating delivery of marketing assets to retail and distributor partners.
  • Assist in execution of BTL campaigns including retail promotions, activations, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, and printers for production and delivery of campaign materials.
  • Ensure campaign timelines are followed and all retail touchpoints are aligned.

Marketing Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and suppliers for quotations, production, and deliveries.
  • Track artwork approvals, printing, and installation timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of marketing assets, invoices, and purchase orders.

Reporting & Administration

  • Assist in tracking marketing budgets and updating expense reports.
  • Support preparation of campaign performance and post-campaign reports.
  • Monitor competitor retail promotions and store-level activities.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and promotional schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Brand Support.
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail execution and in-store marketing.
  • Basic understanding of ATL/BTL marketing concepts.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
